Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of minced meat
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 150 grams of rice
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of tomato paste
  • 50 grams of hard cheese
  • 1 carrot
  • onions - to taste
  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • Provencal herbs and salt to taste

Cooking:

1. Fry finely chopped onion and grated carrot in a skillet. At the same time, boil rice.

2. Add these ingredients to the mince and salt to taste. Make minced balls.

3. Cut the potatoes and, together with the meat balls, place on the mold, pre-greased with vegetable oil.

4. It is necessary to cook the casserole for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. After 20 minutes, remove the casserole and pour the sauce of sour cream, tomato paste, water, salt and herbs. Cook for another 15 minutes.

5. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
