You can, of course, buy ice cream, but the most reasonable thing is to make it yourself. By the way, there is one simple way that will help you freeze it quickly.
You will need the ingredients at hand and only 120 seconds to prepare the best summer treat. Be sure to cook!
- Condensed milk - 200 ml
- Milk - 200 ml
- Ice - 1.5 kg
- Salt - 150 g
1. You will need two transparent bags with a clasp of different sizes. Pour the condensed milk into a smaller one.
2. Then add milk and close the bag.
3. In a larger bag, add ice and salt. Under the influence of salt the ice melts, but at the same time its temperature drops. There is a sharp temperature drop.
4. Put a small bag in a large one and shake everything for about two minutes. This is best done in gloves so that your hands do not freeze.
5. Remove the small bag from the large bag and place the treat in the serving form.
6. Fast ice cream is ready.
